Timelines

The way we store our memories and perspectives of time past, present and future. I see my future laid out before me, others see themselves with time going from left to right. There is no right answer but it is a really powerful tool to know where your put your own timeline.

Timelines in practice

Once you have identified the direction of your timeline you can move forwards or backwards in your mind and revisit old memories to correct problems you might be carrying, or visit the future in your mind so you can view yourself postively before an event in your life.

for example, you might be thinking about a new venture. Look forward along your timline and see youself already successful and then ask yourself which resources you used to get there. With that information you can then plan a real strategy for successfully achieving your goals.
