Values
Those things which drive a person and which attract their time. Things which they will use to filter and information they receive. Think os values as the lens through which information is judged. See also Criteria
Values Heirarchy
The order in which you place your values, how you rank your values in comparison to each other.
Vestibular System
The system which looks after our balance and sense of spatial orientation. In other words our inner gyroscope, compass and gps.
Vision
A clear representation of a future state which you find compelling because it appeals to you in all your senses. A representation which will motivate you towards it as a goal.
Visual
The sense of sight and seeing. A sensory modality and one of the possible representation systems.
Visual Squish
A great technique for integrating elements of yourself which may be in conflict. It acts by giving more choices and alternatives and is great for collapsing unresourceful anchors. The essence of this is to have a bad visualisation be squished by a good one. You can learn more here.
Visualisation
The process of constructing images in your mind.
